VPR PILOT SOUGHT XANG XI CHEM PLANT EXPLOSION
VPR pilot Shlimazel is being sought by Corvus security forces in connection with the brutal murders of several Corvus security personal and one high ranking Corvus official. In a rare move, Corvus has reached out to other groups including UIT bounty hunters in the effort to apprehend Shlimazel. Corvus officials had this to say... "At this time we don't know much, just that Shlimazel has killed several Corvus personal. We are unsure of the motive, though the killing of the Corvus security operatives seemed like a personal matter judging by the brutality of the deaths and the apparent lack of concern for the other patrons of the bar where the murders happened. Right now how ever, motive is unimportant. Right now all we care about is apprehending Shlimazel... after that we can piece together motive."
VPR was unavailable for comment, however several Phoenix Alliance pilots were shocked by the accusation. One [PA] pilot had this to say... "Shlims a good guy, he's always there when ya need him and I can not believe he would kill in cold blood. If, and I mean IF he did kill those people... you can bet he had a reason." | The death toll from an explosion at a Xang Xi chemical plant has reached 200, according to the Xang Xi public relations department Sixty people were injured in the initial blast, mostly with plasma burns, toxic gas exposure and fractures. Officials report that the fire was put out Tuesday evening but explosions persisted until the afternoon of the next day. The Xang Xi Chemical Company owns the plant. It mainly produces chemicals used in adhesives, paints, and coatings, and other items.
The cause of the explosion is still under investigation but, Xang Xi security have assured us that they are exploring all possibilities. Any one with information about the explosion or its cause should contact the Xang Xi Security offices as well as UIT Action News.
